Pamela (Pam) Raby Killian passed away January 18, 2013, at her home surrounded by family after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. Born June 30, 1962 in Portsmouth to Sarah Owens Raby and Richard Sidney Raby, Jr. Pam volunteered as an EMT at the Bennett's Creek Rescue Squad in Suffolk, loved to craft, and enjoyed cooking. Pam will be remembered by her husband, Freddie Killian, Jr. estranged; a daughter, Tara Dawn Keel Blanton (Jeff) and her father, James Keel, III; a son, Robert Scott Clark and a stepson, Jeffery Clark, Jr. and their father, Jeffery Clark, Sr.; mother and stepfather, John and Sarah Owens Languell; father and stepmother, Richard and Sherrie Raby; sisters, Debora Kay Raby Coffield (Cecil), Kimberly Kelly (Steve), Liz Todak (Troy), Allison Miller (Jake); brothers, Richard Raby, III (Barbara), and Shane Raby (Liz); a grandson Theodore Blanton, which was her pride and joy, her nieces and nephews and many other family and friends. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7 p.m. till 8:30 p.m. at Loving Funeral Home in Portsmouth. A memorial service will be held at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens in Suffolk at Noon on Wednesday.
