KATHLEEN "KAY" SCHRINER, age 76 (nee Cannon) devoted and loving wife of 52 years to Robert V.; loving mother of Julianne Nader (Michael, deceased), Sue Sullivan (John), Mary (Mary Cranley), Robert (Maureen) and John (Sally); loving grandmother to Mary Clare Becker, Jerry Becker, Sam Nader, Jack Schriner and Stella Schriner; cherished mother-in-law of Jerry Becker (deceased); sister of Rose MacMillan (Chuck), William J. Cannon, Jr. (Patricia) (both deceased), Patrick Cannon (Joan) (both deceased) and Jane Walsh (deceased); sister-in-law of Joan Cannon, Dick Walsh (Colleen), Jean Schriner (Jack, deceased) and the following deceased: Tom Schriner (Peg), Joe Schriner(Mary Jane), Rita Mikolay(Jay); adoring aunt to many. Passed away Monday, January 14 at home surrounded by family. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 19 at St. Christopher Church ( 20141 Detroit Rd., Rocky River) at 9:30 am. Interment Lakewood Park Cemetery. Family suggests memorials in Kay's name to the Cannon Family Scholarship at St. Joseph Academy, 3430 Rocky River Dr., Cleveland, OH. 44111. Kay was born in Cleveland, OH. to the late Julia and William J. Cannon of Cannon Tailors, noted clothier in downtown Cleveland for many years. She was educated at St. Joseph Academy in Cleveland and at Georgetown Visitation College in Washington, DC. Kay was a compassionate caregiver and volunteer. She enjoyed tennis, golf, yoga, art and the company of family and friends.
