Barbara A. Recker (nee McDermott)
79, late of New Lenox formerly of Matteson, passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at her home. Born in Hazel Crest to the late Harry and Marjorie (nee Thompson) McDermott. Beloved wife of Francis M. Recker; Loving mother of Lora Recker-Teach and Marc (Mary Lou) Recker; Cherished grandmother of Juston (Heidi) Teach, Brittany Teach and Riley, Alexia and Nolan Recker; great-grandmother of Landon Teach; Dear sister of Patrick (Barbara) McDermott, Michael "Mick" (Phyllis) McDermott and Harry "Skip" (Mary) McDermott; Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451, Thursday, January 31, 2013 from 3- 9PM. Funeral Service Friday, February 1, 2013 at 10:30AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
