Memories & Candles
I miss you. Thank you for blessing me with your friendship.
- Memphis, TN - Friend and roommate Feb 16, 2013
To all of Christian's family and close friends,
I lived with Christian on the same floor at Tatham Hall at York U for a couple of years. Although we never became very close, I remember her infectious laugh and smile... she was a kind and thoughtful person.
I'm wishing all of her family and friends support and care throughout this difficult time.

They say the eyes are the window to the soul, so your smile must be a window to the heart. Christian's smile always reflected a radiant, caring, encouraging and thoughtful person.
Whether it's cheering people up on a random day, smiling for a student council cause (which may or may not be well thought out), to sharing a drink with an old friend in a downtown bar in NYC. Christian always had a sunny smile waiting to light up a

Christian touched my life near the end of hers - and has tought me a lesson about the power of human connectedness. She struck me as a beautiful woman, trying to find her way. May her loving soul rest in peace.

It's hard to begin to describe what a sweet, loving and kind person she was. She was my daughter's dear friend, but I felt that she was my friend too. We so enjoyed being with her in Paris. I will never forget her reading I Corinthians 13 at Betsy's wedding. It was just beautiful and so sincerely recited. She exemplified the description of love in that chapter.."patient, kind, not boastful, not arrogant, rejoices in good". She will be missed, and we will never forget her. --Love, Melody

I have been following all the facebook posts from Betsy. I never met Christian, but I feel like I know this girl and how special she was to everyone in her life. I'm so sorry for your loss. She definitely left a permanent footprint on a lot of people's hearts. God bless and send you peace.

I only knew sweet, generous, considerate, precious Christian for a few short weeks, which was plenty of time to learn that she was truly an angel on earth. I was blessed to have her friendship and miss her terribly. I pray the Lord's richest blessings upon her family, as they mourn the loss of their extraordinary Christian.
With deepest heartfelt sympathy.

My condolences to Christian's family and friends. We were in the same Christian (Jesus Christ) club at York University. I remember her sweet smile and strong silent presence. She was a smart, dedicated confident woman. I was blessed to have her in my life as fellow believers -Brothers and Sisters in Christ. She will be missed.

Christian and the entire family were so loving and kind to Linda Factarova, a Czech exchange student living in our home. I very much appreciated your friendship and the gift of your beautiful smile.

I went to high school with Christian. She was quiet but always had a smile to share with those around her. She had such a sweet spirit about her. Although her passing seems unreal, I pray her family and friends find on fort in knowing she is walking with The Lord. He needed another angel. If there is anything I can do please don't hesitate to ask. Love & prayers. God bless.
