So sorry to hear of Carmen's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I worked with Carmen in the mid 70's as a telephone operator. We rented a house together for a short time. I was a terrible roommate. She always had a sweet potato plant in the living room that was so beautiful. Her smile was contagious. Mike and Jenny, sorry for your loss. I worked with Carmen as an operator for the phone Company. Carmen was fun to work with. Her humor, always playing little jokes,her little suitcase when we took our girls week end trips.

So sorry to hear of her passing. Years ago we were GTE workers together and did lots of crazy shopping together. But we drifted apart over the years. Your family is in my prayers.

Jenny Rose, Prayers and love to you and your family! You & I spoke recently about how much your mom meant to me and of course how much she meant to you!! She had the best sense of humor, always had me laughing. But her caring for people was unmatched. She had the biggest heart and was so generous. She raised you right and I see so much of her in you. I was so saddened to hear about Carmen's passing. I worked with Carmen at GTE in the CTI dept. We used to have so much fun and laughs together. May God bless you and grant you peace as you go thru this difficult time.

I worked at GTE/Verizon most of the same years that Carmen did. We never worked in the same department, but she was a friend to many! You have my deepest sympathy!
