I offer my most sincere and heartfelt condolences to the Dalen family. I have many great childhood memories of playing with Rodney in Ft. Defiance State Park. My condolences to the Dalen Family. Rodney was a joy to know, loved to to hunt, fish and tell stories. Though I haven't seen him for many years I'm sure he was still the same man. God will take care of him.

The last time I saw Rodney was a few years back, while I was living in western Oklahoma. Talking to him then was no different that the first time I met him in high school. That never ending smile was there for everyone. If there truly ever was a person who has a heart of gold, it was Rodney Dalen. I am still totally shocked by his passing. My sincere sympathy to the Dalen Family and everyone who knew and cherished our friend Rodney.
